Vicina ai luoghi più importanti da visitare! L'accesso degli appartamenti è un comodo piano terra ma la vista dal balcone dell'appartamento numero 1 è un piano alto (magia dei Sassi di Matera!)

Dalla casa si raggiungono facilmente a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse storico-artistico della città.
