Alba was incredibly kind and helpful and would suggest if bringing a car you organise parking but Alba quickly organised for us on the day or arrival. THANK YOU - we loved every minute!

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Matera und haben die Wohnung von Cinzia ausgewählt auf Grund der guten Lage. Restaurants und Bars sind nur in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Nach einer Suche haben wir ca. 10 Euro pro Tag bezahlt für den Parkplatz. Da die gratis-Parkplätze sehr begrenzt sind ist mit einer Parkgebühr zu rechnen. Die Wohnung lässt jedoch ansonsten keinen Wunsch offen. Modern eingerichtet und hohe Räume.

Luciano is awesome, the apartment is awesome, and Matera is awesome. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute! The view of the Sassi from the small balcony is something we spent hours enjoying and will never forget. It was fun to stay in a cave and yet enjoy modern amenities. Luciano left us great reading material about Matera and made excellent recommendations for food and sight seeing. We would not hesitate to stay again if we are lucky enough to come to Italy again. Thank you, Luciano, for giving us the opportunity to experience such a magical place.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in Marcs Unterkunft und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die einfache und zügige Kommunikation mit Marc war sehr angenehm. Ein großes Plus war der Parkplatz in der Nähe (24/7 geöffnet) mit sehr netten Parkwächtern.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Claudia. Alles was nog mooier en stijlvoller dan op de foto’s. Claudia heeft de woning zeer smaakvol ingericht. Zij zorgde bovendien voor een goede in - en uitcheck. We verkregen goede tips van restaurants etc. Wij hebben genoten van dit romantische verblijf in molfetta en zouden zeker weer hier terugkomen. We kunnen het verblijf bij Claudia van harte aanbevelen.

This place is AMAZING. The location is perfect for the area. Mariella was lovely: flexible with check in, very responsive and kind, and showed us around the place to make sure we knew everything. The view from the terrace is incredible, and the AC system works well. It was very close to the center of town and is right on the water. Would highly recommend and stay again if we are back in the area.

La Casa dei Nonni è bellissima! È ad un passo dai Sassi, nel cuore di Matera, vicino al belvedere di piazza Pascoli... ed è molto accogliente, ordinata e pulita. Pasquale è stato fantastico... noi siamo arrivate la sera tardi e lui ci ha fatto trovare in casa i prodotti tipici locali per cena e colazione, accogliendoci come farebbe un caro amico. Ci ha anche consigliato la nostra preziosa guida ed il ristorante nei Sassi... La Casa dei Nonni è per noi la casa del cuore di Pasquale, a cui non possiamo che dare il massimo dei voti, consigliandola a chiunque voglia immergersi nella meravigliosa Matera... Ci torneremo.

L'immeuble, en pleine rénovation, donc sera tout beau dans pas longtemps est situé au bout de Monopoli, tout proche de la mer, à une quinzaine de minutes de la gare. On descend et on est dans le Monopoli qui vit, sans toutefois entendre de bruits. L'appartement est situé en hauteur, domine la mer et les toits de Monopoli. La décoration est design, mobiliers et matériaux de qualité. Les huisseries/fenêtres/volets sont bien pensés et isolent bien. C'est un petit deux pièces, avec une grande chambre. Salle de bain et cuisine sont très fonctionnelles. Il y a de tout: gel douche, savon, shampoing, brosse à dent, dentifrice, serviettes en nombres et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner en étant à l'aise. L'atout de cet appartement est évidemment la terrasse sublime, grande, mobiliers en très bon état et le jacuzzi. Un très bon moment dans cet appartement Giorgia, notre contact a été très réactive, sympa et joviale.

Apartament bardzo czysty ,nowoczesny ,bardzo dobrze wyposażony i co najważniejsze bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko do stacji kolejowej a każda podróż zaczyna i kończy się pociągiem .Do miasteczka , zresztą bardzo urokliwe, 10 minut spacerkiem ,sklep spożywczy zaraz za rogiem . Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!
