We rent out this little charming house with sea view. Perfect for those who want to be close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right next to the Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower and a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and the possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motorboat that is located in the harbor in front of the house.

You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
