Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with about 300 meters to the forest. The house is perfect for families with children or guests who like to cycle, hike and run in nature. Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
