In a beautiful and well-kept atmosphere. Very close to Alster, train station and city. In summer, however, it can also be louder, as there is a lot of hustle and bustle on the street!! If you travel by car, I will get you a visitor parking space. The room is equipped with a cozy bed (140 × 200 cm) and a closet for your belongings. In the kitchen, a kettle and coffee maker are available. Of course, you can also cook something for yourself. And most importantly, I only have room for individuals!

A private balcony features a wooden table and two folding chairs, overlooking a serene view of the water and landscaped garden. Gentle sunlight illuminates the tranquil scene, highlighting the lush greenery and the peaceful ambiance of the surrounding area.

Dream location and water view directly on the Alster

The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

Cozy light-flooded 2-room apartment in Rotherbaum/Pöseldorf, a trendy, very central neighborhood. Distance to the Outer Alster is a 5-minute walk, to Jungfernstieg is 5 minutes by bus. Close to various restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarket. A lovingly furnished apartment with southwest balcony and views of tree-lined street with old white Hamburg houses. Good for couples, solo and business travelers... people who want to get to know and enjoy Hamburg...!

The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. Simple, unagitated - feel St. Pauli.

Best location on the Alster - new building - super quiet

This great apartment is located in one of the best locations in Hamburg (Harvestehude district). In 200 m you are at the Hamburg Außenalster. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony leads to a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, there is a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed available and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free of charge).

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with soft, textured bedding in light pink and muted tones. Decorative pillows in various shapes are arranged on the headboard, illuminated by subtle wall lighting. A sofa sits invitingly beside the bed.

Guest room at the lake

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.

A cozy living room is featured, showcasing a modern couch with soft cushions and a large area rug. A removable hammock hangs above the space, adding a unique touch. A grand piano and a globe provide additional elements, while a piece of art decorates the wall.

Cosy apartment near Alster lake

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
