My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of fun. This cute cottage is on Lake Huron between Alpena and Ossineke. Great location to bask in the sun, swim, fish, visit Mackinac Island, see Ocqueoc Falls,, ice fish, ski, snow mobile, camp fires and so much more. Amazing spot to unplug and spend quality time with family.

The Depot

This unique rental is situated right next to the railway, conveniently located within walking distance of multiple amenities and not too far from downtown Alpena. The train passes through almost daily, giving a fun, industrial vibe to the property!

The building was built in 1891, and has served as retail first floor and the top two floors as YMCA, and for many years the local Elks Club. Now it has five modern up to date apartments. All close to the downtown action of beautiful Alpena.
