Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Alpbach

We have been coming to Tyrol for many years and Cristina's place was nicely located in a small town/village with a beautiful view over the mountains. The house is simple yet very well organised, no clutter and easy to maintain. We walked the Wolfsklamm from the front door and arrived back at the front door, which is fantastic. It is a 20 min drive to Erlebnis Therme Fugen which is a nice place to visit with kids. Overall the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it feels quite private. The terrace is also a bonus when it is sunny and we saw deers on the field opposite the house. You feel secluded but you are 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to take advantage of many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had to tear ourselves away from this wonderful apartment, with balcony views of the mountains, super-comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a lovely stay. We felt at home right away. Our hosts Faith and Josef were lovely and very helpful with recommendations, advice and local knowledge. The apartment is in a historic part of Garmisch Partenkirchen and very conveniently located for local shops, bakeries, restaurants etc (and just 15 minutes walk from the railway station) and the local guest card meant that we were able to use public transport which was great. I will really miss drinking my morning coffee or relaxing on the balcony in the evening looking at snow covered peaks! We hope to return and would definitely recommend the Kufer Bavarian Nest to anyone visiting the area!

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was straightforward. Clear recommendation!

Alexander and his mother are very warm hosts who care that you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. The apartment is perfectly located: quiet, only 10 minutes' walk to the train station with east-facing orientation and a large window to the balcony for plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes you want to explore the surroundings. The small breakfast is the perfect start to the day! The products are of very good quality. And where else can you still get breakfast in a real AirBnB?! Fantastic! Thanks for the wonderful mini-break! I am totally thrilled and will definitely come back!

We were with two friendly families with small children (0-7 years) at the cottage and EVERYTHING worked out wonderfully! The location is simply unbeatable, the premises are decorated with a lot of love and the mountain feeling and relaxation are there immediately! Highly recommended for families and mountain lovers, as the hut & area are simply wonderful. THANKS!

Beautiful apartment just like pictures! A little walk from bus stop but the views from balcony and surroundings are awesome :)

We were warmly welcomed with a heated fireplace and chilled beer and immediately got great tips for the area. Arrival and departure were uncomplicated, all questions were answered directly in advance or in a timely manner. All questions in between were also straightforward to clarify. The apartment was clean and it was all there. Only the kitchen and the living/dining area were a little small for 6 people, but due to the good weather we were also able to dodge well to the outside. We'd love to come back!

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

We were greeted super friendly, the cottage was super clean and large enough for a group of 5 people and well equipped. We had not recognized in the pictures before that the bathroom incl. Shower and toilet are rather open and connected to the rest of the cabin, but there were sufficient and very well-maintained sanitary facilities in the main house. The staff is super friendly and helps with all concerns. We loved staying here, especially the location is great.

The facilities were nice and cozy. Communication was fast. They were proactive in trying to help. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

What can you say – we actually just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled directly into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and just to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right outside the door – no more excuses for not exercising! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you so much - We really lacked nothing (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We'll be back for sure and would recommend the little cottage at any time!

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

A quiet wonderful vacation in a totally idyllic location. Katharina was always super friendly and easy to reach. Those who love peace and still want to experience a lot around it are very well taken care of in their mountain hut. We will be happy to come back!

Good value in a quaint cabin. A little tricky without a car, but doable. There is a public shuttle stop nearby that goes into town and back five times a day, so if you plan it out, you can easily get back and forth. We especially loved riding the shuttle at 6:25 am when it is also the school bus! We did miss it once and walked up from town. A steep climb but doable. It is the Alps after all. The sauna was wonderful. Don’t leave the windows open. There are no screens, and in June, the house filled up with flies. It’s the country after all. Great access to hiking without needing a car. Maybe not quite as private as we hoped since it’s attached to a garage, but overall very good.
