We had a nice stay at this apartment! It was easy to park our car close by. Christian was friendly and helped us find a place for dinner.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb-s we have ever been. The flat is tastefully furnished and the garten right on the forrestside is a peacefull oase. Dorte & Steen are super nice and friendly - their character and mentality reflects the original idea of airbnb community.

We've had some really good days at the cottage. It's a very cozy house and we enjoyed the wood-burning stove at night. Description and photos of the house fully match reality. There is everything needed in the kitchen of the house, and there is great entertainment for children with toys, PS3 and many movies - also a good selection for adults. The wilderness bath was an added bonus to the house. The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Great with maps to the beach and many good sights in the area. We give our warmest recommendations of the house.

We had a wonderful stay. A really great house, very stylishly decorated. The overall communication worked very well and we felt very comfortable until the end. The house is very quiet and close to the water. Walks and bathing (ice bathing in winter) are possible. If you want a little variety, Aarhus is nearby. A great alternative to Copenhagen with an excellent contemporary art museum. Absolute highlight on vacation: Sally and knives (the cats). Thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come back.

My family and I had a really lovely few days in the lovely guest home. We enjoyed the tranquility, the view and the rural idyll with horses and ducks right outside the door. There were good walking routes right from the grounds and around the corner a nice little kiosk with associated garden towards the lake. We'd love to come again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sørens summer house. It was ideal as a place to stay for our family vacation. 2 families with children and grandparents who wanted to stay at Djursland and a trip to Djurs Sommerland. The house is spacious and nicely decorated and the garden is suitable for playing and ball games. We give the best recommendations.

Beautiful accommodation, just a few steps away from the sea. We were there as a family with 2 small children and felt very comfortable. Franz is a very nice host and was always quickly accessible. A washing machine would be great for longer stays. I'd love to come back, thank you so much!

A lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the common garden spaces between the apartment buildings. Trees and flowers and a lot of birds singing. Perfect on a sunny afternoon.

Sus was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. The environment was very quiet and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. Although our stay was not for travel purposes—we were temporarily staying here while preparing for an international move and closing down our nearby home—we still found the location very convenient for travelers as well. There were several supermarkets nearby, and the bus stop was close, offering easy access to the city center. If we ever return to Aarhus, we would definitely love to stay at Sus’s place again. Very well located apartment. The view was fantastic. It was very quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds and sofa were comfortable. I also liked the bathroom with rain shower head very much. And there was a dog to pet for free. :)

Lovely apartment with great light and beautiful furnishings. Some of the reviews mention that the bed is small for two, but my partner and I found it totally fine. Karrina was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage before and after check out and even came over to help fix the WiFi. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Aarhus!

Joan and Johannes very hospitable people. Their apartment was spacious and very pleasant. Everything was thought of. We felt at home. Highly recommendable.

This was a lovely little mini getaway. Lilian and Søren were really nice. Søren took us around and told us a little about the history and purpose of the place. There are horses, cows and sheep on site that you can pet if they want to. Very close to the water and lovely views.

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

Loved Thomas’ apartment, felt very homely and pleasant. Lovely art on the walls, comfortable bed. The second bed is a futon which was very comfortable. Great shower also. All in all, a lovely space to base yourself whilst checking out Aarhus.
