Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). I would recommend this place, we won't hesitate to go back. Thanks Silvana

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Andrea was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Our family loved exploring Cavalese and its beautiful surroundings. Mareson-Pecol is an ideal place to base if you are going to tour Las Dolomitas. The village is super quiet, this is very good on one side, although on the other side there are variety shortages to buy food, pharmacy, etc. The views are incredible, definitely a beautiful place. The house was located on a second floor, it had all the amenities we needed, everything worked perfect. Our stay here was really very pleasant, the host welcomed us very friendly, she gave us recommendations to know the area and even prepared a crib for my baby. Hopefully we can come back someday.

If You want a very private and peaceful place, surrounded by nature, this house is for you!

The family warmly welcomed us to the farm. The chalet is well equipped and the garden invites you to linger, rest and enjoy. Simply beautiful, brilliant view and cozy seating and lounging options. For children, there is a great playground with lots of toys. The infrared sauna on the upper floor is also a big bonus. The bus stops right in front of the house, which is perfect for excursions to the mountains to Bolzano and Merano. The animals on the farm complete the feeling of well-being. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. Just a great energy with great, loving people. Thank you! Another tip, I would book directly through the website and not through Holidu.

Such a nice stay at Pardellerhof! Wonderful place for kids. Our 14 month old loved seeing the cows and chickens every day, and the petting farm across the street was endless entertainment as well. The cottage was super clean, cozy, yet spacious. There are plenty of hikes to do from the airbnb and a short drive away. We loved it and hope to return again in the future.

The cottage is in a beautiful place, the proximity to nature is unparalleled, it is hard to find a similar place. The cottage is very spacious, equipped with all the necessary equipment, has a great kitchen. It is a great starting point for trips to the Dolomites or a place where you can just chill.

Gorgeous location with views onto the serene mountains! We also enjoyed the good communication and local insights as we visited with a group for a paragliding trip. The large living room is perfect for common meals and evening activities. We definitely will be back!

We loved the house, beautifully furnished, all bedrooms perfect with good beds, high quality furniture, lovely living/eating space with cozy couch, well equipped kitchen. The house is modern and to the highest standard, very beautiful! The views on the Dolomite mountains are spectacular, nice terrace with bbq facing the special view and little garden behind the house w a jacuzzi !!! The hosts are super helpful and friendly (Claudine) and check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and professional. Two things which we had not anticipated was that the house is very much fitted into the center of the village (practical with super market across the street) and therefore sometimes a bit noisy from the road. The pool is across the street and part of a bigger apartment complex, so it is not private but quite busy and loud. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely come again, it is a beautiful place.

Excellent spot away from the main road, right at the start/end of wonderful walk. Lizzie is a very responsive host and the flat has let's of space to offer!

Nothing that I write here represents the real experience at the chalet! Our stay was absolutely perfect! They built the place caring about every detail! Everything there was special, every little piece was built with love, using high quality materials and fully equiped following the same pattern. The result was a magical place to relax and recharge your energy! Listing the highlights: the kindness of the hosts, the beautiful preserved mill inside the chalet, the delicious homemade breakfast they bring you every morning, the wellness area with a comfortable sauna and a lake surrounded by a beautiful nature. All perfect!!!
