Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

There are two double beds on the upper floor with the living room. There is one downstairs sofa bed and kitchen. There is a washing machine, fridge, television and air conditioning. There is a place where you can have a pleasant time and barbecue in our tiny garden. There is a fan downstairs. There is a water tank. ID is required at check-ins.

Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
