Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

Our building is detached and 1 year old, our furniture is new. Our house is right by the sea. There is a place to swim in front of our house. If desired, Çataltepe beach is a 5-minute walk away. All our white goods, small appliances, kitchenware (plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.), towels, sheets and duvet covers (duvet covers and blankets in winter) are available.
