Downstairs is a living room, separate kitchen and dining table, and a garden accessible from the kitchen. Upstairs there are two rooms, each with a bathroom and a double bunk bed. The heat pump in the living room and the large room creates a livable environment for both summer and winter by breaking the cold and heat. There is a ceiling fan in one room. And it has a large water tank and a water booster. The water is never cut off, and the flow rate does not decrease.

You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.
