Our house, which was converted from an old stone warehouse, has everything you may need. Heat pump for winter, stone walls and air conditioning for summer... Downstairs is a living room, separate kitchen and dining table, garden from the kitchen. Two rooms upstairs, double beds in each room, large bathroom, dressing room. Due to its location, the water is never cut off, the water flow rate never decreases.

You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

Our building is detached and 1 year old, our furniture is new. Our house is right on the sea. There is a place to swim in front of our house. If desired, it is a 5-minute walk to Çataltepe beach. All our white goods, small household appliances, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc.), towels, sheets and duvets (duvet covers and blankets in winter) are available. The living room and all rooms have air conditioning. There is also underfloor heating and a fireplace for the winter.
