It is 15 minutes away from Cunda Island and Sarımsaklı beaches by car. There is easier parking place than the center of Ayvalik in our location. Our house has 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and an L armchair that can be opened in the living room. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family.

It is very close to kite surfing schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the traffic and noise of the center. It is easy to access the grocery store and the market. Ayvalık State Hospital is 10-15 minutes away by car.
