It was a wonderful experience for us. Mustafa arranged everything before we arrived. Place is comfortable and fun. Recommended, 10 out of 10.

Nev's place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Ayvalik. It was in an excellent location, close to the centre , the bazaar and excellent cafe's and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and charming and the kitchen extremely well equipped. But the highlight of the stay were Nev and Boran. They were warm, friendly, helpful, kind and generous. They were the best hosts we have every experienced! We will definitely be back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Mr. Ali’s place. He was very helpful, always online if we needed any help. He even greeted us and took us (we were 4 people) home. Location of the house is very central. Literally 2-5 minutes away from everything you can do in Ayvalik. Thank you for hosting us. If we ever decide to return, we will definitely choose this place again.

Onur was extremely informative, helpful, and caring from the beginning to the end of the reservation. Everything in the house was thought out and complete. The location was very easy to get to, clean and tidy. We will be happy to come again.

Are you captivated by cozy streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus at a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful house we stayed in during our stay in Ayvalık. The photos were exactly the same and the house was clean and tidy. Although the streets are extremely narrow and difficult to enter by car, considering that all the streets are like that, it was easy to find once we learned it, as the house was straight ahead of us when we turned from the hospital road. We parked right in front of the house, and although they removed our wipers every day, we did not have any problems or issues in the area, you can park in front of the house. We thank the hosts for their hospitality. 💖

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. Everything was thought of and provided, even spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

I especially loved waking up to the quiet mornings and enjoying coffee on the terrace — such a calming start to the day. The location was perfect: tucked away enough to feel tranquil, yet still close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made the whole experience even more seamless. Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you're planning a quiet and uncrowded vacation. Especially the walks you will take into the village offer a different panorama of Edremit Bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and windless coastal area. We returned home with the taste of wonderful feelings and pleasant moments on this holiday we went as a family, and I plan to go again. A

Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

First of all, thank you very much for the attention of Ms. Bilge. She took care of the house from check-in to checkout by phone and writing. The house is very close to the center of Ayvalik by car. Mr. Ishak also gave a very kind welcome. The house was good at cleaning. We stayed 5 people very comfortably. If I'm on my way again, I'll just go to this house without looking for another place.

Mrs. Gizem, who welcomes us with her peaceful garden, beautiful-faced employees, clean rooms and incredible positive energy, and sends us off with the same energy :))) I want to say this to guests who are thinking of staying for a tremendous but tremendous breakfast, do not think and go.. The house is old but big and the cleanest! The 3 bedrooms (with big beds) are upstairs so the is a separate floor downstairs not to disturb those who want to sleep. The house had all the necessary things we needed. The location was perfect to walk easily and Ulkay helped us with parking too. Ulkay answered to all our questions directly in a minute.

We stayed in this house in Cunda for 3 nights and we were very satisfied with everything. The house was great in terms of location and comfort. Located right in the center of Cunda, we were able to easily get anywhere we wanted to go on foot. The house is two stories; there is a living room downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. It was also a big plus that the house had its own courtyard and barbecue. Everything was spotless and everything we needed was considered. The host was also very caring. We would definitely like to stay again, I recommend it with peace of mind.
