3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 apartments with large balcony in the center of Ayvalık Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance to the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. Each room of the house is very spacious. It is located on the 1st floor of the 4-storey building. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, and 1 room has 3 single beds and a wardrobe. All grocery stores, a few minutes walk from the market, the apartment has a dishwasher, inverter air conditioning, TV with satellite receiver. I speak English fluently

There are two double beds on the upper floor with the living room. There is one downstairs sofa bed and kitchen. There is a washing machine, fridge, television and air conditioning. There is a place where you can have a pleasant time and barbecue in our tiny garden. There is a fan downstairs. There is a water tank. ID is required at check-ins.

In the center of Ayvalık, 3-5 min walk to the market place, bazaar, restaurants, entertainment venues, dolmus stops. Built by Greeks about 150 years ago, our house was restored in April 2022 and opened for our guests to use. You will have the house all to yourself. There is no sharing with others. Since the identity reporting law is required by the law, the Police will be notified of an ID, all of our guests must come with their IDs.
