The traditionally furnished holiday home “Lärchnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach, a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 58 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with French double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

A house with a long, exciting history, which we have carefully and with great respect brought into the 21st century. The house stands alone in the middle of nature: directly below the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area and only 10 km from the city of Merano. 170 square meters can accommodate eight to 12 people. The garden is gently sloping, just behind the three larches, about 100 meters away, is our other chalet, the Chalet Leckplått. Private mountain view sauna.

Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.
