A 20 minute walk across the valley takes you to Alfriston and Rathfinny Vineyard. Litlington is 3 miles from Cuckmere Haven, from here the footpath can be continued along the Seven Sisters cliffs to Beachy Head.

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

This modern cottage is the perfect base for a seaside getaway, tucked in a quiet mews behind Seaford high street and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Seaford is a lovely seaside town full of independent cafes and shops and is surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park. The house is a short walk from Seaford train station and local bus stops to Brighton & Eastbourne and is a great starting location for the Seven Sisters hike.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
