Beach house vacation rentals in Alcúdia

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Toplocatie! Zeer ruime finca en grote tuin. Met veel zorg is de tuin ingericht met planten, bomen, hangmatten en zitjes in de zon en schaduw. Voor de kinderen waren het zwembad, pooltafel en dartbord geweldig. Je waant je in een rustige omgeving boven op een soort berg, terwijl je binnen 10 minuten lopen bij een supermarkt en restaurantjes in de haven bent. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

Wir hatten zu Viert (Kinder 15/10) einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Theos schönem Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich: den großen und im hinteren Bereich schön tiefen Pool (toll für größere Kinder), die wunderschöne und selbst bei 30 Grad angenehm luftige Veranda, auf der wir fast alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar Kuchenbacken zum Geburtstag war möglich), die bequemen Betten und die tolle Kommunikation, Hilfsbereitschaft (Mietwagen) und schnelle Reaktion mit bzw. von dem Gastgeber. Schneller, als wir gucken konnten, war z.B. der Sonnenschirmständer ausgetauscht. Einzig die Laufdistanz/-Strecke zum Strand hatten wir uns schneller und direkter vorgestellt; man läuft ca. 1 km an der Straße durch das Wohnviertel, dann weiter durch das Zentrum von Cala Pi und zuletzt die Treppe zum Strand runter. Das soll aber keine Kritik sein, es ist ein top Haus zu einem fairen Preis, das wir jetzt schon vermissen.

This is our favorite place, we love the scenery, warm breezes, splashing in the pool and barbecuing outdoors on the patio, with a couple of local goats running around. Thank you Daniel for another superb vacation, the oven is a nice update.

Das Haus ist urig eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen. Besonders hat uns die überdachte Terrasse gefallen. Hier kann man es bei jedem Wetter gut aushalten. Cala Figuera und der Badestrand sind fußläufig erreichbar, aber man ist ein bisschen "ab vom Schuss". Zum Einkaufen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Agnes ist jederzeit gut erreichbar und versucht zu helfen. Vielen Dank liebe Agnes!

Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und konnten unseren Aufenthalt richtig genießen. Das Haus ist wundervoll und der kleine Swimming Pool perfekt um eine Abkühlung zu genießen an heißen ruhigen Tagen. Das Haus ist perfekt für 6 Personen. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen dass jeder versteht was es für die Einheimischen bedeutet die Insel mit Touristen zu teilen. Respekt und Freundlichkeit sind essentiell.

Waren mit der Familie über Weihnachten und Neujahr auf Mallorca und waren daher voller Erwartungen auf einen tollen Urlaub. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Kommunikation war bereits mehrere Tage vor Anreise einwandfrei. 5/5 Sterne Das Haus ist wie auf den Bilder zu sehen und wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. 5/5 Sterne! Die Sauberkeit wäre das einzige, was minimal zu kritisieren wäre. Aber es war nicht so schlimm, dass wir uns extra gemeldet hätten. Schade nur, dass die Reinigungsfirmen nicht besser arbeiten. 4/5 Sterne Wir hatten zudem einen kleinen Zwischenfall im Haus, der allerdings nichts mit der Qualität des Hauses zu tun hatte. David hat die Angelegenheit sehr professionell, freundlich und schnell gelöst und war danach stets mit uns in freundlichem Austausch. Das hat uns gut gefallen. 6/5 Sterne :) Wir werden bei den nächsten Reisen garantiert zu erst die Angebots dieses Anbieters anschauen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

amazing villa, really enjoyed.the pool and garden, beautiful decor and clean

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and easily sleeps 8. There is street parking and driveway if you have a smaller/narrow car. Very walkable to access everything. The beach is just about A block away. Beautiful white sands and warm water. Amazing stay. We were in town for Ironman half triathlon. The is on the running route. Very fun! Highly recommend!!!

¡Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido fantástica! Fuimos un grupo de 6 jóvenes y desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. El alojamiento es muy acogedor, está perfectamente equipado y la limpieza era impecable. Los espacios son amplios y cómodos, ideales para pasar tiempo en grupo. Queremos agradecer especialmente la amabilidad de los anfitriones, que nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo! Recomendado 100%.

The Crystal Bay is a beautiful, clean place. Florian is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The views are incredible and can be viewed from every room in the villa. The heated pool is lovely and a good size. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. Cala pi beach is easily accessible from the villa, it’s a short walk (down steps), there is also a couple of shops nearby with a bakery and a few really lovely restaurants. We will hopefully return in the future!

prima verblijf gehad en de locatie zo aan het strand is waanzinnig. De westkust is wat meer "pitoresk", dus neem een huurauto maar het is een leuk stadje en het uitzicht maakt alles goed.
