Top location! Very spacious finca and large garden. With great care, the garden is furnished with plants, trees, hammocks and seating in the sun and shade. For the kids, the pool, pool table and dart board were great. You can imagine yourself in a quiet area at the top of a kind of mountain, while you can reach a supermarket and restaurants in the harbor within a 10-minute walk. We had a nice vacation. Recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

A wonderful place to stay that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with quick response time. The house is tastefully and creatively decorated, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all used and enjoyed regularly. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be seen all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also constantly heard. A few meters from the house is the natural large sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks barefoot and go swimming. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much...!!!

We had an amazing time in Portocolom. We spent mornings and evenings on the roof terrace with the view of the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Juan Antonio Y Elena have been very kind to us from check-in to check-out. This made the stay even more enjoyable. Their daughter welcomed us live with a nice welcome gift. When we had questions, they were responding very quickly. The location was perfect for us as we could drive to wineries, to Palma and to beautiful calas on the east coat. There is everything you need inside the house. There is a really nice beach not too far and near the Bar Blau. Side notes, what you see from the pictures in the listing is what you get. I would say though that the view on the terrace is better live. I would kindly recommend to change the mattresses to make them softer for the back, at least the main room upstairs. Also, the shower would really benefit a refresh. Overall, this place has been a great discovery and we recommend it.

Awesome Villa. My family and parents, (8persons) had great week on autumn holidays. Main pool was warm enough to swim and jacuzzi was great extra. Kids loved spending time in pools. Villa felt bigger than in pictures. Anja is great host and everything was made easy. We had late arrival and complimentary snacks saved our first evening and morning. Easy walk to city and restaurants. We also rented car for couple days and that add value to our time in island. Villa had everything we needed.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

The four of us (children 15/10) had a great stay in summer temperatures in Theo's beautiful house. I would like to highlight the following as particularly positive: the large and beautifully deep pool in the back (great for older children), the beautiful and pleasantly airy veranda even at 30 degrees, on which we ate almost all meals, the very well-equipped kitchen (even baking cakes for birthdays was possible), the comfortable beds and the great communication, helpfulness (rental car) and quick response with or from the host. For example, the parasol stand was replaced faster than we could look. We had only imagined the walking distance/route to the beach to be faster and more direct; you walk about 1 km along the street through the residential area, then continue through the center of Cala Pi and finally down the stairs to the beach. But this is not meant to be a criticism, it is a great house at a fair price, which we already miss.

We had a pleasant stay at this house in Alcudia. Our host was welcoming and very available to help us. Thank you! The house is quiet and very well located, close to shops and attractions in the city. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the proximity to everything. In addition, the location of the house makes it easy to visit the whole island of Mallorca. We recommend this location!

Were in Mallorca with the family over Christmas and New Year and were therefore full of expectations for a great vacation. Everything worked out great. Communication was impeccable several days before arrival. 5/5 stars The house is as shown in the pictures and as described in the description. 5/5 stars! Cleanliness would be the only thing that would be minimally criticized. But it wasn't so bad that we would have reached out extra. Too bad the cleaning companies don't work better. 4/5 stars We also had a small incident in the house, but it had nothing to do with the quality of the house. David resolved the matter very professionally, kindly and quickly and was always in friendly exchange with us afterwards. We liked that. 6/5 stars :) We will be guaranteed to take a look at this provider's offer for the next trips. Thank you for a great holiday!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Can Lluc. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 5 friends to relax and enjoy. The pool was great and the outside bbq/shaded eating area was perfect. It was nice and easy to get down to the beach/shops/bike hire and the villa itself was in a beautiful location under the mountains. In terms of our lovely host Pepe - he was amazing! Great communication, super helpful and kind and just made the whole stay so easy. We were also so touched by the pizza, delicious pudding and wine that greeted us in our arrival. Thanks so much!!

Perfect location, just a 15-20 minute walk to the marina. Great restaurants nearby as well as hiking trails and beaches. The house is lovely, I’d say even better than the photos.

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

We had a wonderful week at this place. The location right by the sea is unbeatable – with clear, turquoise water and a quiet, almost private beach (natural beach with some seaweed, but that didn't bother me at all), away from tourism. Most of the time, only a few vacationers from the neighboring houses were there. There was a kitesurfing school nearby, which is why you could often watch kitesurfers – that was not disturbing either, but on the contrary: very nice to look at. The place was great: very clean, stylishly furnished and with a protected courtyard that offered a lot of privacy. The beds were super comfortable, we felt completely comfortable. The location was also ideal as a starting point for excursions – whether hiking in nature or visiting beautiful cities, everything was easily accessible. Thank you for this great time – we will be happy to come back! :)

Wonderful location and easily sleeps 8. There is street parking and driveway if you have a smaller/narrow car. Very walkable to access everything. The beach is just about A block away. Beautiful white sands and warm water. Amazing stay. We were in town for Ironman half triathlon. The is on the running route. Very fun! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic! We were a group of 6 young people and from the first moment we felt right at home. The accommodation is very cozy, it is perfectly equipped and the cleanliness was impeccable. The spaces are spacious and comfortable, ideal for spending time in a group. We especially want to thank the kindness of the hosts, who made us feel very welcome and were always attentive to our needs. We would do it again without hesitation! 100% recommended.

The Crystal Bay is a beautiful, clean place. Florian is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The views are incredible and can be viewed from every room in the villa. The heated pool is lovely and a good size. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. Cala pi beach is easily accessible from the villa, it’s a short walk (down steps), there is also a couple of shops nearby with a bakery and a few really lovely restaurants. We will hopefully return in the future!

Great location with sea view! The place was a pleasantly clean. What I particularly liked was that some things like detergent, dishwasher taps, coffee taps were already on site. Everything worked out very well. We had a wonderful holiday!
