It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Consists of 4 bedrooms spread over ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, hallway,living room,kitchen,laundry plus garden terrace with pool. It is advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed,making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença,as well as its beaches.

Our Clavells apartment is located on the second sea line, just 100 meters from the beach. It has a very large terrace with partial sea and beach views, which make this apartment unique. The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.
