Brody's home was fantastic, super, excellent, etc. We felt right at home (except Brody has a hot tub). The home is charming, comfortable. All the furnishings were comfortable. Everything worked. We loved Brody's home. Brody is an excellent host. He contacted us prior to our stay and during our stay. His house rules book contains all the information a person needs to have an outstanding. His welcome gift was unexpected but deeply appreciated. Would definitely stay at Brody's in the future if the occasion arises. Thanks Brody for everything.

This is my second time staying at one of Courtney's properties, and just like before, I was not disappointed! Sea-belle is an AMAZING retreat. From the incredible celebrity-like steam shower to the fancy toilet and outdoor shower/hot tub, it was the most relaxing and pampering experience I've ever had at an airbnb. Despite there being another unit on the property, this house felt incredibly private thanks to the sunken front yard and fencing. The decor is both fanciful and utilitarian. The couch and bed were super comfy, and we loved making breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen every day. We are already trying to pick a date to come back in the fall for the beautiful autumn NM weather. We felt safe and unbelievably centrally located with quick access to downtown, old town, and the freeways. Will be dreaming about sea-belle until we can get back!

Brent & Kat were fantastic hosts and their casita was exactly what I was looking for. Their location feels like it’s a million miles away from the city despite being in Albuquerque. Everything was easy to use, and I was seranaded each night by coyotes that were out in the nature park. It was a wonderful stay and I’m already missing it.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect, everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this Airbnb feel welcoming and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

What can I say about this place aside from how wonderful it was to stay here? My children and I had the best time hanging in the spa, listening to music on the house speakers, and enjoying a break from our every day lives. Phil made us feel right at home, and my kiddos had a blast! Would definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful space Phil has created.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gina’s! Very comfortable, spacious, nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the backyard seating and hot tub. We were happy to just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere at the house. The kitchen also had everything we needed. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. ☺️

Simple, cozy space for our family and two dogs. Nice, well-stocked kitchen and lovely private backyard area. Access to laundry was nice with kids, too! Would definitely stay again!

This home was more than 5 stars. It suited my family well, loved how each bedroom had its own bath, no need to wait on each other. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and everything else was awesome. I will definitely rent this house again when needed. Thank you Aaron & Chantel!!!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. This was actually our first experience with an AirBnB (or any vacation rental) so we didn't really know what to expect. Given that, our stay here was amazing from start to finish. You really can't beat the area, with hiking trails almost right outside your door and the Sandia Tram just steps away. The view from the deck is incredible. We spent most nights enjoying the city lights sitting under the outdoor heater. The place itself is perfect for two people and is very cozy. The hosts were the best! Always responsive to questions and/or needs, provided great information about the area, and just nice as can be! We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful home and a great place to spend our 5 day vacation. Although we spent a good deal of time outside the house we absolutely loved coming "home" to a modern and stylish home where we could relax poolside rain or shine! Fadi was responsive and easy to contact. Combined with a gorgeous neighborhood, friendly neighbors and easy access to the best abq has to offer, this was worth every penny!

I will definitely come back to this place, very peaceful and private place, pool was a plus very clean. My family and I had a great time, will visit again soon :)

Shina’s place is absolutely beautiful! Tucked into the sandia mountain just right up the road from the Sandia crest tramway. Has the most stunning views and has a little secret in the back yard if you come during the right season! Will absolutely be back!

This was a beautiful house right in downtown Albuquerque. It was central to everything we wanted to do. I especially loved the blooming roses in the front yard and all of the antique furniture. It was a unique and lovely stay.

The house was beautiful, and the neighborhood was fantastic. It’s one of the best parts of New Mexico around Albuquerque. I would definitely stay here again.

Luis is a wonderful host who kept in touch with us during our stay. The house has two large bedrooms, a cozy living room with plenty of seating as well as a work desk and chair, an updated kitchen with a nice dining area, a well-stocked bathroom and a real bonus is the laundry room with a washer and dryer! There are so many thoughtful extras included throughout the home. The location is in a walkable historic neighborhood, and just a few blocks away from my family who I was visiting. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed our time at the unit! Very simple check-in and check-out instructions, no noisy neighbors, nice to have off-street parking as well. It is located near a very nice, shaded park that our dog enjoyed running around in. Would definitely stay here again!

This was definitely a great experience the house and grounds were gorgeous not at all what we expected I will definitely keep this information for the future, and Laura was wonderful and we all thank her very much
