Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
