At 1450 meters above sea level, we have created a comfortable retreat with a lot of love, always carefully preserving the original charm. Everywhere in the house you can still find the original building elements of the former barn from the 19th century, combined with modern elements.

The Maissen Chalet has a studio in the attic with its own entrance. The studio can be separated from the rest of the chalet. On the first floor is the living and dining area and on the ground floor three bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. From the ground floor, you enter the hallway that leads to the garage. The chalet is therefore suitable for a wide variety of family constellations. Whether the grandparents go to the studio, the big children or another couple with children...

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Cozy Cottage in the heart of the Swiss Alps

Bei unserer wunderschönen, liebevoll gepflegten und gemütlichen Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein Haus auf zwei Stockwerken in den Bergen von Graubünden. Das Haus liegt nahe des Ferienortes Savognin am Hang der Gemeinde SURSES / Tinizong-Rona. Das Bergdorf selbst heisst CASTELAS. Das Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett saniert und bietet nebst dem modernen Standard eine atemberaubende Aussicht und viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Saison beginnt im Mai und dauert bis Ende Oktober.
