The Lavender Cabin at Tin Poppy Retreat is gorgeous. The views are amazing both from the cabin and the various lookout points on the walks! You can practically see to Armstrong from the porch. It is conveniently located yet feels like you are all alone. It was the perfect staycation for us. We’ll be coming back often!

We want to thank the host because it was a very easy process to check in and very friendly people. The cabin has all you need to do all the cooking lots of pots and pans and everything you need. The cabin is very cozy and we loved the walking distance lake and trails. We loved the quiet environment at least from Oct to May. We enjoyed everything and we recommend this place for anytime of the year. Thank you again for everything. Soraya ☮️💕

Charlotte's place is as described. Well maintained with all of the convenience of home. The location is secluded, peaceful and the views are amazing. The only challenge with staying here is the driveway (hill) to the house is steep. If you do not have an all wheel drive (4x4) with good tires, getting up and down in the winter is a challenge.

This was our second time staying at the whitewater chalet! As soon as our group decided to head back out to Nelson for some skiing, we knew we had to stay at the cabin again. It couldn’t be closer to the mountain or feel more secluded. The hot tub is an added bonus after a long day of skiing. The only thing to note is that the pillows could be better on the beds but for our group, it was a minor detail. Thanks for the great stay!

My friends and I had a great stay here over the May long weekend! We were all impressed how comfortable and clean the place was and truly had no complaints. The shared pool and hot tub was a huge plus! Nice to have a parking stall available right outside the unit as well. We’d come back for sure.

We had an absolutely perfect weekend staying here with a large group of close friends and all our kiddos. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax, reconnect, and have fun. It was the ideal setting for both adults and kids to enjoy. Plenty of room, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We made amazing memories and truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for groups and families!

We had a great stay at Todd’s place. The property is stunning! The house is the most well stocked Air BnB I have ever stayed at. It has more than enough linens (hot tub specific towels, extra bedding, extra pillows etc), children’s plates/bowls/cups/cutlery, a ton of utensils/kitchen items etc. The hot tub is massive and I liked how private it was. Todd was very responsive, and sent messages throughout our stay to check in. He even gave a suggestion on what to do in the afternoon of our full day which was great! Definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall is it is quite far out of town and Golden only has one taxi which is quite expensive. But, with that being said we loved the property so much we decided not to even go into town for dinner/the evening and made our dinner at the house and enjoyed the house!

Probably one of the most beauitful airbnbs Ive stayed at! My family loved the chalet, the high ceilinvs, the mountain views, the privacy, the cleanliness, there was a foos ball table, hot tub and sauna, it was convenient to have a private bathroom with each room, amazing experience, would definitely recommend for large groups visiting Banff, it is about an hour drive from the park / sites but totally worth it! TV doesnt have netflix but onky means more family time with games they have provided. Loved this airbnb!

The highlights of this beautiful chalet were the huge kitchen and amazing wall of windows in the living room that provided an amazing view of the valley. Our hosts made the whole weekend amazing. Can’t wait for an opportunity to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The views were absolutely stunning, and the large windows really let you take it all in, definitely one of my favorite features. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was super comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. One small note for future guests: Bedroom 4 is more of an open space with a bed rather than a fully enclosed room. I missed that detail when booking, so a bit more clarity in the listing would be helpful. Also, the 5pm check-in is a bit late, but I understand this is a large house and it likely takes time to get everything cleaned and ready after check-out. Overall, I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Amy’s space was perfect for our family Ski-cation to Marmot Basin. The rooms are HUGE! Lots of space for a multigenerational family of 8 and all of our dogs. Amy was great to speak with, and we would certainly stay again.

It was a great stay at lakefront chalet. Super clean, fireplace outside, woodstove, fast Internet aand much more! Looking forward to come back and enjoy more time spent away from busy city. Claudia is responsive and super helpfull!

The house and property exceeded expectations based on the listing. Beautiful log home made for a comfortable and peaceful stay and the property is very private with a nice useable waterfront access. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything needed to do your own cooking. Mike was quick to respond to any questions and had the place well prepared prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend a stay here as a home base for a visit the area!

We spent 5 nights here with our 14 month old. It was super comfortable- nice bed, good shower, great AC. It was nice to have the lake across the road to cool off- bring your own floaties or boat:) and water shoes! Shannon gave us a great list of fun things to do nearby. We drove (~30 minutes) into Salmon Arm quite often which was fine! Also for baby proofing we secured the cupboards with elastics and blocked the stairway with a travel crib. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light! The big windows are so nice and we didn’t mind it but I did use eye mask in early morning. We would stay here again; it was super nice and better than the photos in my opinion. :) Shannon was very responsive and brought us a fan for downstairs bedroom when requested. The backyard patio/bbq was great to have. Thank you!

Alanna, Thanks so much for letting us stay Redfish Lakehouse. Our family of 5 plus our Lab had a fantastic time. Lots of swimming and lake activities! Just what we were planning. We had a number of great dog walks by the Kokoanee spawning channels and spent lots of time watching the eagles, osprey, herons and turkey vultures set up shop on the beach. The beach was perfect, a couple of sandbars keep the boats away and make for a mostly sandy walk out to the deeper water. Great for kids and tired dogs! You are a pro - we had everything we needed inside and out - ice maker, Smart TV, extra lawn chairs, beach chairs, beach toys, table games, giant jenga and the dog towel! The deck was definitely a favourite. Lots of room and the afternoon shade was heaven sent at times! We look forward to staying again someday! Tammy & Greg
