Our fully renovated house is in a great location. A short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. There is excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Comfortable and warm house. You'll be welcome in a 4 bedrooms house with a great backyard and absolutely full kitchen. Space enough for kids run around with a fully fenced house, enjoy a BBQ, watch a movie, or relax reading a book. We share our place when we're away with family. If you have kids, you will find toys enough to they have fun. This house is special to us, we grow up our 3 kids here so I hope you can enjoy and respect our place.

Recently renovated the house is comprised of three double en-suite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen with all new appliances and a butlers pantry, a large living/dining area upstairs and a separate adult media room. Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

A modern structure is surrounded by a spacious lawn, featuring large glass windows that provide a view of the outdoors. A patio area is visible, complete with outdoor seating. Trees and mountain vistas form a scenic backdrop against a clear blue sky.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV.
