This chalet is hand crafted out of native timbers and situated near the bush located next to a beautiful creek. Each chalet is fully self contained with a great deal of privacy. The handcrafted wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom, kitchen and livingroom area are downstairs. The Southern Alps are visible from most locations on the property.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this chalet. It was beautifully designed, with handcrafted wooden pieces throughout. The bathroom was stylish and spacious, the beds and sofas were extremely comfortable, and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing. Hope we get the chance to stay again!”
Welcome to our newly built, modern units in the heart of Glacier country. We have furnished these units with comfort and style in mind to provide a relaxing getaway for anyone coming to the Coast.
“Great cozy space for our stay. We had everything we needed except for a table and chairs to sit inside to eat dinner. It poured torrential rain so the table and chairs outside were not useable and we had to eat on our laps on the couch. Other than that we would highly recommend as it was comfortable and had everything we needed. We woke up to sun and stunning views which we wished we had the day before to enjoy.”

“Takoha and Simon's place is lovely. It is located in a gorgeous, quiet location, but still close to town. The room and the private ensuite are spacious, clean and cosy! Although we missed meeting Takoha and Simon, they made us feel welcome, including providing breakfast! This was a great place to stay and felt like a little bit of home comfort, including being greeted by their adorable dog.”
