Bellissimo monolocale in provincia di Roma nel comune di Marino. Presenta una camera da letto e lettino da campeggio per un bambino con angolo cottura, bagno e un bel giardino privato con barbecue. Da qui raggiungere Roma è facile, a 300mt è presente la stazione ferroviaria che in 25min arriva alla stazione Termini.
