We loved our host, she was so kind and thoughtful. The house was amazing and more than met our needs with everything that was supplied. We were thrilled with the accommodations and would love to stay here again. The drive up to the house from the highway was a little confusing, but we figured it out. We are so grateful we found this amazing home, it is truly an excellent home!

Overall this place was great and we would absolutely stay again. We didn't want to camp so this was the closest place to the Sand Dunes for our group. We had lots of space and everything was really great. It was a little hard to tell from the photos but there are 5 bedrooms upstairs - two queens, two single beds, one king in the master. Downstairs there is another room with a couch that folds into a bed that can be used as a bedroom. There is also the fold out couch in the living room too. Really great having so much space! One thing - we were cooking breakfast and set off the fire alarm. At first we didn't realize we could stop the alarm so it took a while to get it off. When cooking, make sure that you turn the vent on!

Excellent home, super clean, great location. The home is spectacular and very wonderful, well done custom artistic elements inside and out. There is so much to do locally and the place is simply beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the layout, the kitchen, the outside -- it's all spectacular and very welcoming. I could spend a day in the two patio areas outside. Thank you!

This location was perfect for visiting the Sand Dunes! We were able to easily get into the park every morning with no delay because we were literally right down the road. The surrounding area was very private and felt safe. I was able to relax and feel secure at night. Host was very communicative/available. I would stay again if we decided to revisit the park down the line! Thanks for the good stay.

We feel so lucky to have found this house for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park. The drive to the park is 12 minutes and you can see the dunes and the mountains from the house. The house itself is huge and the hosts thought of literally everything as far as house instructions, amenities, and comfy touches. It really felt like we had our own little slice of the world. If you're coming to the area and this place is available it would be a mistake not to book. Thank you, Amanda & Sarah!

This is a gem of a location nestled in the mountains with beautiful views. Just outside the home is an area to sit and look at the stars. The place is cozy and was able to accommodate us at 7 very well with extra spots for sleeping. We didn’t end up camping but there’s room for a couple of tents right outside. The home itself is wonderful. We had all the gear needed along with supporting spices for making meals. Additionally, the hosts are available to support with anything you need at all. If we are to ever come back to the sand dunes to visit, we are definitely considering here first to stay. It was only 30 minutes from the national park and yet well secluded for your stay. You won’t regret staying here!
