Cozy, peaceful home in quiet area STR #03015

KharaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A really lovely house, and thoughtfully stocked. It was perfect for our family of 4. The place is very clean, everything is in good working order, and Geraldine has included far more amenities than listed. The place is in an alley off the street, and it is not immediately obvious how to access. Fortunately, the exterior matches the pictures, and Geraldine called us right away when I messaged her to confirm the entry instructions. Highly recommended.
A compact bathroom features light blue walls and a tiled floor. A shower curtain in dark fabric is hung over the tub. A small sink with a cabinet below is positioned beside a toilet. Shelving holds neatly stacked towels, adding to the organized space.

Peaceful off-grid cabin at Alamo Alpaca Ranch

YanaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We spent 2 nights at Cindy's cabin and had an amazing stay! It's so rare to find such a peaceful, private, beautiful place with all the amenities you need to still feel comfortable and at home! The place looks even better in person! It's like from a postcard! The fresh farm eggs were an amazing touch! And the kids really loved meeting the animals and playing cards! Our plan was to visit the Great Sand Dunes but then Cindy also recommended a few other places and we absolutely loved her recommendations. On our way back from the dunes we went to Zapata falls and then on our way north when we left the cabin we visited the Gators Park. We enjoyed both so much! Thank you so much for such a unique experience! Highly recommend the location and the cabin!!!
A charming cottage with a vintage aesthetic is visible, framed by lush trees. The exterior features white siding and contrasting blue trim. A small outdoor area with a historic farming implement rests on a concrete surface, adding character to the property. Neatly maintained shrubs surround the cottage.

Warm & Inviting Cabin near Great Sand Dunes

JillRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This was our (5 adults) third stay at this property. It has plenty of space so that we can keep to ourselves if we want, and huge common areas if we want to hang out together. The large kitchen is great. The back deck offers stunning views of the San Luis Valley. It’s minutes from Great Sand Dunes NP and Zapata Falls. The road(s) around the property provide a wonderful area in which to walk and see the occasional deer.

Mt. Dark Sky Cottage By Great Sand Dunes, Alamosa

Samantha KellyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is a gem of a location nestled in the mountains with beautiful views. Just outside the home is an area to sit and look at the stars. The place is cozy and was able to accommodate us at 7 very well with extra spots for sleeping. We didn’t end up camping but there’s room for a couple of tents right outside. The home itself is wonderful. We had all the gear needed along with supporting spices for making meals. Additionally, the hosts are available to support with anything you need at all. If we are to ever come back to the sand dunes to visit, we are definitely considering here first to stay. It was only 30 minutes from the national park and yet well secluded for your stay. You won’t regret staying here!
A game room features a blue pool table with two cues resting on it and a white ball positioned centrally. Two doors and a small circular table with two chairs are visible in the background. Natural light enters through the window.

Awesome house. Awesome town. Awesome host. Shannon was super helpful and let us add a day. Will definitely think of her next time we are in town.
A sweeping view of the expansive landscape showcases lush green fields leading to the rugged mountains in the distance. The serene blue sky is punctuated with soft, white clouds, while a red vehicle is partially visible in the foreground.
