Located in the city center on the 3 rd floor without elevator, the accommodation is quiet. It is perfect for a couple. The studio has a 2-seater BZ ( 140 cm with bultex bedding). It has been fully renovated and everything is new ( furniture, linen, bedding, kitchen, air conditioning ). Linens are provided(URL HIDDEN)The neighborhood: the situation is exceptional, you can do everything on foot! Beach, nightlife, cathedral, museum, market, old port, casino, restaurants, bars, shopping, discos... It is the ideal starting point to discover and enjoy all the assets of the region.

It is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. The location is perfect for everything by foot and by bus. For people traveling, two parking lots (for a fee) are located less than 200 m away. Close to the main sites, beaches and lively streets of Ajaccio, you can make the most of your stay.

Nice studio with independent bedroom and beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands. Spacious living room loggia to rest in the shade, not overlooked. Air conditioning, dishwasher, queen size bed (160 x 200), many amenities, etc... Beaches, huts and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Ideal for couples. Possible for up to 4 people, with extra sofa bed. Very high speed WiFi 800 Mb! ;)
