Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had a fantastic week at Armelle and Sébastien's chalet. Beautiful decor, comfort, all the necessary kitchen equipment and an incredible view of the lake. We cross the road and we are right on the edge of the lake where a pedestrian/cyclist path allows us to take great walks.

We had a great time at Jean and Dominique's. The studio is on the ground floor of their home but they are discreet. The studio is perfectly equipped, oven and microwave, the bathroom is spacious, the garden is accessible for children and the view of the mountains. We'll come back if we have the chance. Thank you!

A very nice stay in Aix les bains for our wedding anniversary. The accommodation is cozy with the essentials for a good holiday. In addition, it is very well located. We found free parking spaces within 10 minutes walking distance. Recommended

Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright, well arranged, very clean and tastefully decorated! The view of the lake is even more beautiful than the photos and the terrace a real asset. Our stay was too short, but we will be happy to come back if we have the opportunity, especially since the area was a beautiful discovery.

At first glance, the building looks like an American motel. But once the door opens, you enter the best in terms of housing. Extraordinary view with the many windows in the living room, quality interior design, tasteful decoration. Everything is perfect from floor to ceiling. Alice's place was just perfect! 100% true to the description, everything is very well thought out and attention to detail: the ceiling speaker, kitchen amenities, clean and comfortable linens, access to two bikes. Not to mention the hot tub, which obviously makes all the difference. The lake view is also a real plus! I would recommend it in a second! Thank you again to Alice.

Doriane was a nice, welcoming host. On our second day, we had an issue with the stove and she sent help right away, fixing the issue within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

2 night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful mountain view and also on the overhead parking, large studio with all the essentials (bed linen, coffee, internet). Bonus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so to find your way from the basement to the exit is complicated. I did not meet Alain (independent check-in) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Beautiful little base to visit the region, but a little far from the center to go on foot. Very good communication with Marie Claire if not a little rigid on departure times... but I recommend it!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

The house is even better than the pictures. A very large garden and terrace. everything is very clean, modern and practical. A very beautiful house.

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
