Vacation rentals with lake access in Aix-les-Bains

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

We had a great time in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms are very nice, the pool is safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We really enjoyed staying at Frédérique and Jacques's cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice small details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the small welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

This cave was perfect, super decor, very quiet, really soothing, magnificent views, super nice owners, to recommend 1000%, stay to be repeated without hesitation

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

We were delighted with our stay in Conjux! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to this stunning view of Lake Bourget. Conjux beach is perfect for spending beautiful moments with family, and the area lends itself wonderfully to bike discovery. The apartment is very clean, bright, with a neat and clean layout. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, ideal for relaxing and sharing good meals. The garage is a real plus, especially for easily recharging our electric bikes. Our stay was perfect: our children were delighted, and so were we! Very easy communication with Regis, thank you again for everything!

Michèle's accommodation is in a great location, facing the lake. The residence is very quiet, it is a real pleasure to have lunch on the terrace, overlooking the lake. I was able to meet Michèle for the key handover.

We spent 5 days at Céline's Airbnb. The apartment has a great location and the view of the lake impressed us every day. The street is noisy, but you get used to it. There are bathing beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The promenade along the lake is perfect for a walk! ☺️ We definitely recommend the place!

At first glance, the building looks like an American motel. But once the door opens, you enter the best in terms of housing. Extraordinary view with the many windows in the living room, quality interior design, tasteful decoration. Everything is perfect from floor to ceiling. If we come back to the area, there is no doubt that we will return to this accommodation. Thank you again for this quality welcome.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

Very welcoming home, very well maintained, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. Interior and exterior were great. We spent a weekend with the children and grandchildren (9) to celebrate my retirement. Young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and location by the water. Thank you.

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.
