Very clean and comfortable, and Mike was respectful and responsive! Highlight #1 - fast, reliable internet; I worked remotely for the week and had no issues. Highlight #2 - across from train station; this was a great base for taking day trips out of Geneva, and access to a grocery store (Migros) that stays open past 7:00pm :)

perfect stay for a few nights for our family, peaceful location, ideal for hiking, village visit (Sixt, Samoëns, etc.). clean, spacious accommodation, we did not meet the owners but they were very active by messaging. i recommend 😉

We felt very comfortable in Christian & Colette's apartment. This already started at the reception. Colette showed us everything in the apartment and in the underground garage. Colette also provided us with a meal for the first day, including a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. Within walking distance, there is a well-stocked supermarket Super U and a few restaurants. We really enjoyed the lovely garden at breakfast and in the evening hours. We fully recommend this place. On our next visit to Annecy, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

We were able to spend four wonderful days in this little paradise. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished and everything is perfectly equipped! The garden is also tended to with visible love. Our children particularly enjoyed the standup boards, which they were allowed to use. Thank you, Marie Jeanne!

A beautiful tiny house just outside in the center of Annecy, but by bus we were in town very quickly. The cottage is well equipped and cozy. Questions were always answered quickly and we felt comfortable.

Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, also there was free relay parking, it's ideal. For walking or biking it's great. Many amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, barbecue and swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the check-in time which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

We were a group of 15 people who rented this new and very nice chalet for 2 nights. The communication with Donald and then also with Rudy (he makes the handover, etc.) was very good! The chalet is new and as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped and the small lawn area can be used in summer. You have to provide a few extra documents (insurance, then security deposit), but this all went smoothly. Very nice chalet, we will be happy to come back!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Great stay at Le Grand Bornand. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. Thierry was very welcoming and helpful, he explained everything to us very well and remains very available. We'll be happy to return to this listing.

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

This place was a great spot for a couple looking to be close to town but have their own sense of home. The house was with 10 min of two bus stops that could get you anywhere including all the mountains for summer or winter activities. The amenities including the hot tub, sauna, steam room, were fantastic. Clean , comfortable, functional.

We spent three night's at Metin's, the place is cosy and had everything we needed for a great stay. It is very close to the lake and makes a great base for exploring greater Annecy.

A well-equipped and very clean apartment, quality furniture, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, parking in front of the door with private entrance, etc. Recommended without hesitation.

Stay in dream accommodation, incredible views from the studio. Very functional and pleasant accommodation. Warm welcome from Charlotte and Wayne. I don't regret my choice, everything was perfect. Chamonix is 10 minutes away, and many hiking spots are very quickly accessible. Lac Vert route from the accommodation for hikers.
