Des weiteren bieten alle unsere Apartments einen 32 Zoll TV und Eichenparkettboden. In den Doppelzimmern können die Betten entfernt von einander stehen. Unser Apartment in Harthausen bei Friedberg liegt direkt am altbayrischen Ochsenweg. Es ist eingebettet in eine herrliche Landschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Bachlaufes. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn München-Stuttgart(A8) und die B300 (Augsburg-Ingolstadt) ist gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die nächste Ortschaft Dasing. Das Zentrum der Fuggerstadt Augsburg ist nur 12 km von Hathausen entfernt. Ihre Freizeit können sie mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten im Wittelsbacher Land verbringen: Friedberger Baggersee mit Wasserskianlage, Dasinger Freibad, Friedberger Hallenbad, legendäre Westerncity in Dasing, Stadt Friedberg mit seinem Schloss und interessantem Kulturangebot, Kinos in Aichach oder Augsburg.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Spacious living in the countryside former farm

Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

A well-lit corridor is shown, leading into a spacious living area. Light-colored walls and tiled flooring contribute to a bright atmosphere. Yellow chairs accompany a table, providing a pop of color. Windows allow natural light to fill the space, creating an inviting environment.

We had a great stay at Ursula’s place. The place is lovely and it had everything we needed, super clean and spacious.. Beds super comfy, great shower, lovely kitchen and living room. Bakery just down the road along with a pizzeria and a supermarket, all within 5-10 mins which was really handy. Bus stop just outside but as there was 3 of us it worked out cheaper just getting an Uber into Augsburg (only around €20) Ursula was a super host! We were due to arrive early and she allowed us to check in early. Very quick responses and Ursula was always happy to help with any questions. The place has everything you need and lots of small details which we never got in other Airbnbs on our travels around Germany, it made us appreciate our stay even more. Besten Dank Ursula 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿!

We had the perfect weekend in this lovely apartment! Eugene could not have been more helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay here, Augsburg is a beautiful city and having the lake option and excellent cycle routes on your doorstep is wonderful. We will return next year!

Excellent apartment! I stayed there for 3 months and I can say: it's perfect! Exactly as in the pictures. High quality furniture and utensils. The apartment is a very good size. It is in a quiet area and at the same time close to the center. Accessible public transportation. The owner and her son always helped when asked. I just have to thank you and I will certainly stay there again when I return to Augsburg.

We spent two nights at Ayca's and felt very comfortable. The apartment is relatively small, but very lovingly decorated and super cozy! :) We especially liked using the balcony. In the kitchen, everything you need for a short stay and small cooking sessions was available.
