The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. In the living room there is also a sofa bed available. The small town of Friedberg is romantically located on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or even the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
