Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Agusan del Sur

I have had extended stays at Marilyn’s place a few times. I will always check with her when I am in town to see if her place is available. She has an excellent place that I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is the best.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and tidy. The AC was functioning well. The downside for us is the stove. It took us 2 hrs to fry 2 chicken leg 😅 but will definitely book again if we will visit butuan again.

This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

Host was very accommodating with check in and check out. Place was clean and as described. Very reasonable. I would book again.

We value privacy, aesthetic appeal, and cleanliness above all when choosing a place to stay—and Cio’s place delivered on all fronts. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and comfort. The space is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that make it both stylish and welcoming. It was spotless, which we truly appreciated, and we always felt like we had our own peaceful retreat to relax in. Cio was a wonderful host, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene and well-kept space!

As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad de soundspeaker is ook zeker een aanrader. Alles was in orde en de keuken was tiptop in orde. Alleen jammer dat er geen televisie is met netflix dit zou het 11/10 maken maar dit appartement is echt gezellig het heeft een gevoel van een eigen huis. Ik kom zeker terug.

We felt cozy the moment we arrived at the place. It’s very close to key establishments and offers good parking space. The host was highly responsive, and the price was definitely worth it. We’ll definitely book again when we visit Butuan.

I had a wonderful stay at Ram's place! The location was perfect, and the property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Communication with the host was seamless—Ram was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free experience!

Ms. Rochel was very nice and understandable of my situation. I had several mishaps with the time and had to check-in late, and she was always available for my updates. She still greeted me with smiles and helped me get in even at 8pm (which was pretty late in the province). The place was very warm and cozy with nice furnitures, and had ample space for the rooms. All necessities were provided and it even came with complimentary treats. I had no problem getting in and out of the compound. And the best part is, it is very close to the airport (just 10-15 minutes away) - which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back and stay again at her place. 😊

Lai's place is a haven perched on a peaceful community. The place is huge and Lai and Eva were both responsive.
