This place is absolutely value for money. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative. The place is a very cute little house with lovely views of the jungle mountain tops, which are amazing when the mist surrounds the peaks. Extremely close to the centre of San Francisco. Pleasure to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at JanHaven Suites! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place was meticulously clean and thoughtfully detailed. Every corner of the unit exudes comfort and warmth, making us feel right at home. Sir Jan and his co-hosts' prompt assistance with every message and concern was greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. It’s evident that they are incredibly passionate about providing an exceptional stay for their guests. There were available instructions for almost everything and even suggestions on where to go and what to do, making it a seamless experience. Thank you for being so accommodating and professional while adding a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. I recently stayed at a fantastic Airbnb in Butuan City with my fiancée, April, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect close to local restaurants, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, from the fast Wi-Fi to the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Little touches, like fresh linens and a warm welcome, made a big difference. April and I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Butuan City. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

I’d like to write a bad review for this resort so that it stays relatively unknown. My secret place to go to with as few guests around as possible. But that would be wrong. This is great location, right on the beach and so well thought out by the property owners. Not a five star hotel but delivering a better experience if you have a sense of adventure. White sand free from the typical garbage that washes up on the beaches. Walk for miles. Safe clear waters to swim in. Quality food nearby. Listen to the roar of the waves breaking whilst you fall asleep to its hypnotic rhythm.

We had a very nice time staying at Dinah’s place! Staff are located on site to answer any immediate questions if needed. We arrived late in the evening after many connecting flights. One of the staff members overheard me mention I forgot to get bottled water. A few minutes later one of the house keepers knocked on the door and handed me two bottles of water. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to make our stay even that more enjoyable.
