The place was great! Worth the money except for the stairs - not senior friendly as it's very steep. Also, the location going to the place was in between neighboring houses, like alleyways, sideroads and backyards. Other than that, the caretakers were very accomodating and approachable. They had all the necessities of a home plus more! The place was also very clean and convenient, with an amazing view and fresh air ♡

The space was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and feel at home. It came with complete amenities with everything I needed was right there, from kitchen essentials to cleaning products.. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The property also felt very secure, which gave me peace of mind during my trip. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this Airbnb from May 24–27, 2025, and it was a perfect retreat. The place was spotless and very peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and clean place to stay.

Jerome communicates with me really well. I like the place. It was quiet, clean and complete with kitchen stuff. We felt safe too because of the guards on duty 24/7. Rooms are big enough and toilets were working. I love that they have parking space outside the house too. One thing that really challenged us was the pinning of location. It’s quite hard to locate it in waze. Good thing Jerome provided the exact location using google map so we were able to find the address. Overall, I might book this place again.

me and my fiancee used to rent a place in camella so this was an easy choice for us. the host was very accommodating as we requested an early check in and they allowed us to check in hours early. there was some issues with the wifi and they quickly addressed them and got us back online. a hot shower is always nice treat. water pressure was good and we never ran out of water. would definitely stay again and would recommend. thanks for being a great host.

Fantastic spot amount the chaos of general luna, Only downside was the ceiling fans in the outdoor area being out of action, had a couple of pedistool fans in place though. Pool was cleaned regularly and was at a perfect temperature. Aircon in the rooms was super cold and worked a treat, just what we wanted. Host helped arrange transfers to and from locations, super helpful. Would recommend, seeing other accomodation that friends were staying at, this one was a clear winner.

The owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early for free. Great place with wooden touches for its interior. Wish we stayed longer 😊

Seagrass apartments are in a prime location for walkable activities. Both hosts are more than accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

The host was kind and communicative. We arrived around 1 AM, but the host still kept in touch to help us check in, even though it was already so late. The room is clean and homey, too! The only issue is that the pinned location on maps is misleading.

We felt cozy the moment we arrived at the place. It’s very close to key establishments and offers good parking space. The host was highly responsive, and the price was definitely worth it. We’ll definitely book again when we visit Butuan.

This 1 BR unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Stayed here for 9 days. Everything is brand new. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils,stove,blow dryer,can opener. Water pressure is strong. Bathroom smells nice. Water smells clean. It feels just like home. Loved everything about this place. Was nice and private. Very friendly staff and very helpful. close to the main road with restaurants. Very Clean and tidy, and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Ram, thank you for being kind to everyone. The Rover is well appointed and located centrally in GL. Eva is a superhost de luxe who is accessible and responsive. While on the pricey side, the huge space, chic design and service are all worth it.

My whole family are very comfortable in the house. Very clean, spacious , perfect for a family / group. I love the kitchen area talaga.You can cook, complete ang gamit pag luto, except sa mga lutuon of course. The only problem we had experience is the heater is not working, but still I will give 100% rate for this house we rented. Thank you Mam eva ans Mam Jocelyn for accomodating us. Till Next time

Jay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The only downside is the construction next door but hopefully they will be finished soon. The best part of the apartment is that there is solar battery backup so if the power goes out because of frequent brownouts, the apartment will still have power for aircon, lights, and the refrigerator. I've slept through many brownouts on the island and haven't even noticed because of his power backup system. I've stayed here at Jay's place many times and I look forward to staying here again. 5 stars!

If youre looking for a chill place to stay and feel like home this is it!

Enjoyed our stay at Sing Villa. The location was very convenient to General Luna - short tuk tuk ride however the Villa is far enough to ensure you have peace and quiet and more of a local feeling. The locals are kind and warm. The Villa itself is very clean and well appointed with a full kitchen, clean bathroom and Netflix on a large TV. Bonus was the property having access to a generator. Power went out a few times during our stay however was promptly restored via the generator therefore caused no issues. Jhiemarie was the perfect host. Very friendly and attentive to our request for additional supplies and organization of transport to see some sights. Property, location and host highly recommended.

The place is clean and well organized. Definitely one of the best place to stay here in Butuan city. The host is also very responsive.

A great place!! We stayed there for a week and a half and was absolutely loved the place! Each room has a living room and a tv with Netflix and a table, big comfortable bed and hot water in the shower! They helped us with what we needed and we recommend this place if you want to be just close to the Main Street but in a quiet place!

Had a pleasant stay! The host was friendly and even helped us with airport transfer, plus allowed us to check in early. We didn’t realize the place was also near Andi E’s house. We ended up using her place as a landmark since some tuktuk drivers weren’t familiar with Sinag Hostel or Nida’s.
