I have had extended stays at Marilyn’s place a few times. I will always check with her when I am in town to see if her place is available. She has an excellent place that I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is the best.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and tidy. The AC was functioning well. The downside for us is the stove. It took us 2 hrs to fry 2 chicken leg 😅 but will definitely book again if we will visit butuan again.

This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

Had a great stay.

As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

The host is very responsive and helpful through recos of the diff. Restaurants and coffee shops.

During our stay, we had a fantastic experience. The accommodation is comfortable but too dusty all over the area. The host is attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. The amenities is okay, adding extra enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful staycation or getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at Ram's place! The location was perfect, and the property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Ms. Rochel was very nice and understandable of my situation. I had several mishaps with the time and had to check-in late, and she was always available for my updates. She still greeted me with smiles and helped me get in even at 8pm (which was pretty late in the province). The place was very warm and cozy with nice furnitures, and had ample space for the rooms. All necessities were provided and it even came with complimentary treats. I had no problem getting in and out of the compound. And the best part is, it is very close to the airport (just 10-15 minutes away) - which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back and stay again at her place. 😊

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s toddler-friendly, which made things so much easier for us. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, there were snacks and drinks available for purchase via GCash, which really came in handy when we forgot to bring a few things. The location is also very accessible, and there’s a charming little coffee shop just outside. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!
