Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aetolia-Acarnania

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Dimitris was a great host and provided us with everything we needed during our 3 day stay. We hope to go back soon. Totally recommend to anyone who need a calm and peaceful vacation.

This place is way cooler than you think from the photos. I wish we had more time to spend there. The host was outside to help us find the place at about 23:00! there were generous amounts of food, and toiletries. Great place!

Lage sehr gut, der Blick von der Terasse aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wohnung sauber und wie in der Beschreibung. Gastgeber immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und für Ausflüge bestens geeignet.

Το σπιτάκι στο καλντερίμι ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε. Ένας χώρος φτιαγμένος για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση και με υπέροχη θέα!!! Όμορφα διακοσμημένο, λειτουργικό καθαρό και σου έδινε την αίσθηση ότι είσαι σπίτι σου. Αυτό είναι μεγάλη επιτυχία. Μπράβο!!! Και ο κος. Παναγιώτης, σούπερ φιλικός με άμεση επικοινωνία σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Το συστήνω σε όποιον έχει ανάγκη από λίγο time out : )

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό. Παρά πολύ άνετο και σε κερδίζει αμέσως. Σίγουρα όταν ξανά βρεθούμε στην περιοχή θα το προτιμήσουμε. Η Θεοδώρα ηταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα

The pictures don’t do this home justice! Amazing brand new place with everything you need for an amazing stay! Full kitchen, sitting room/living room with outdoor patio. Patio off the back of the bedroom with chairs. Laundry was very nice. Lots of small special touches. Amazing views of the ruins behind the home. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Across the street from the parks and just down the road from the Arta Bridge. Definitely the best Airbnb in Arta!

Great place. Great location. Fabulous host. The place is perfect, exactly as you see in the photos. Close to the water, lovely garden, lots of birdsong, mountain backdrop. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. The location is great, close to town but private & quiet. Also a perfect location from which to explore the island. Katerina is a fabulous host. Whatever you want from your stay she will get it right. Whether that is to feel like a local & part of the family, or if you want privacy & seclusion, or help & guidance. Highly recommended.

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή και εξαιρετική η οικοδεσπότης

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο του Σπύρου ήταν εξαιρετική! Μία όμορφη, γραφική, ζεστή και καθαρή σοφίτα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Θα την ξαναεπισκεφτώ σίγουρα αν ξαναέρθω στο Μεσολόγγι!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bowl of fresh oranges and cookies waiting for me upon arrival—such a thoughtful gesture from Amalia. The studio is on a quiet street across from a lovely view of the Ionian Sea, located on the ground floor of a charming three-story home. The area is perfect for sunset walks, and a short 10-minute stroll north leads to a historic fort. Although a rental car would have been helpful, I was kindly lent a bike and enjoyed a scenic 15–20 minute ride to Preveza for delicious baked goods. The peaceful surroundings, ocean breeze, and sound of the waves created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The locals were friendly and helpful, especially George, a local taxi driver who gave me a personal tour of sites like Zalongo and nearby UNESCO locations. Amalia’s hospitality and the beauty of the area made this a memorable stay. I highly recommend this charming Airbnb for anyone visiting western Greece.

Στο καλυτερο σημειο της πολης, ειναι διπλα σε ολα. Πραγματικα πολυ καθαρο, με ολες τις παροχές που μπορει να χρειαστεις. Αψογη επικοινωνια, πολυ ευγενικη η Αντρεα.Μας διευκολυνε με late checkout. Το μονο που με δυσκολεψε ειναι οτι εχει πραγματικα πολυ φως το διαμερισμα κ ξυπνουσα νωρις.

We loved this place. Located in a small strip of shops and restaurants by the sea, this place is close to everything. 3 great bedrooms and spacious overall, simple and very clean. Will visit again.

Ενας υπεροχος, πολυ μοντερνος και ζεστος χωρος. Ο Φωτης ηταν εκει για ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Το προτεινουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!

Çok tatlı bir çift. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hatta yanlış parktan dolayı polis arabamın plakalarını almıştı. Benimle beraber polis karakola gelip yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Πολύ ωραίο, ευχάριστο σπίτι, μικρό όσο πρέπει, αρκετά οργανωμένο και καθαρό. Όμορφη διαμονή, πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα. Μόνα μικρά αρνητικά (για κάποιους ίσως αμελητέα) ήταν το μέγεθος του κρεβατιού (οριακά διπλό για ψηλά ή μεγαλόσωμα άτομα) και το έντονο αίσθημα υγρασίας στην ατμόσφαιρα (το οποίο μπορεί να είναι ίσως γενικότερο της περιοχής).

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla moglie di Athanasios con gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha offerto subito un caffè greco di benvenuto accompagnato da biscottini deliziosi fatti in casa. Ambiente genuino e riservato per chi come noi desiderava tranquillità e relax. La struttura era come descritta in annuncio con facile parcheggio e senza nessun tipo di impedimento. Per concludere la sera prima della partenza durante i saluti ci è stato donato un presente inaspettato che ha reso il nostro soggiorno anche sul finale davvero meraviglioso. L appartamento aveva tutti i confort ed era pulito ed ordinato. Consiglio vivamente questo host a tutti coloro che vorranno visitare l isola di Lefkada.

Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Καθαρό, καλαίσθητο και προσεγμένο. Ησυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε παραλία αλλά και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Άψογος οικοδεσπότης.

Ich benötigte für meine Unterkunft einen sauberen Schlafplatz, eine Möglichkeit mich zu versorgen (Kleine Gerichte Kochen ist möglich mit einem kl. Topf eine kl. Pfanne) und eine heiße Dusche. Das alles hat mir die Unterkunft geboten. Es gab Handtücher Fön, sogar ein Bügeleisen, W- lan und eine Klimaanlage. Ich war sehr zufrieden alles war liebevoll eingerichtet. Der kleine Balkon geht in den Innenhof, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder Buchen.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική – ήσυχη αλλά και κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η Ελενα ήταν ευγενική, φιλόξενη και πολύ εξυπηρετική καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και εύκολη, και φρόντισε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα ! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά σε ό,τι θέλαμε να επισκεφθούμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά!
