Vacation rentals with lake access in Aetolia-Acarnania

We (family with 2 children) were hosted very well by our host Nikos. He was able to be very responsive to our multiple needs. He was more than generous with us!! Thanks to him. The house is big enough for the 4 of us and with 3 TVs!!

The Diamond Suite is a spacious apartment on the ground floor, with a living/sitting room, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, with a good oven as well. Of course, we sat mostly outside, on the seat in front of the door, or the larger table further down in the spacious and well-kept garden. A beautiful whole, nice to stay there. Diakopto is a lively Greek town, which apart from the starting point of the famous mountain train to Kalavryta does not have much to offer, but is a good base to the mountainous hinterland. To get to the house, it is best to take the exit from the old main road Patras-Korinthe to the roundabout in the middle of the village at the church, the station and the supermarket. From there, owner Leonidas (who was very helpful) carefully signposted the way to the house with blue signs.

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

Amalia was very helpful. The house is perfect with a very nice view of the lake. We had a great time, we rested, we'll definitely come back.

Out of the way and private, bit of a detour to get there but some beautiful views made the drive worthwhile. They have everything you need but come prepared with groceries for dinner.

The apartment is very clean, the space is warm and the garden is beautiful! Mrs. Chrysoula was impeccable and very helpful! We'll be back in the summer for sure!

Perfect except it is little difficult to get there

Really like we walked into our home. He lacked nothing, everything tidied up in a gorgeous space. Vast views from the balconies and the garden excellent to enjoy in absolute tranquility the morning coffee. Mr. Leonidas who welcomed us, a very cheerful person, gave us instructions on everything. Now I know that I have another house in the area of Agrinio to stay with my family full of warmth of happy family moments. Nice work!!!!!

Very polite and we were very helpful because we were 2 boats and there is a Pier underneath!! One more thing, the air conditioning was in trouble and was repaired without any delay! Good for you!! I highly recommend it! I'm going back anyway!!!

The house was very clean and the linens and towels were freshly washed! The house was equipped with all the basic necessities! It is very close to the Campus and right next to it has a supermarket . Mrs. Chryssa was responding instantly to messages with clear instructions ! Would stay again!

Great location, away from the noise, to the port and the bus stop to the airport 10 minutes, there is a place for swimming nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable beds, clean linen,the kitchen has a minimum necessary for cooking. Hosts are available to help with tips. The price matches the quality. Recommended.

The house is really nice, fully equipped, it looks just like in the photos and even more. When we arrived, we got some fresh lemons from the garden, biscuits and some homemade syrup. George and Marina are nice and friendly, so we felt in this location like home. We recommend and hope that one day we will meet again. Thanks and all the best! Mihai, Mira and Petra.

Perfect location, love the private elevator entrance with code! Amazing light throughout the property, hot tub was magnificent with the view of the bay! Perfect pressure water (i find top floors can have issues with it) and AC worked well! Great communication and very helpful host! Clean and comfortable, could not ask for anything better!

We had a great short stay at Sof's place. The apartment was as advertised and they responded positively to all of our queries and issues (for example the TV wasn't working and was promptly replaced with a new one). It was a short walk into town, and very close to a great little supermarket. Beaches are a short drive away, and easy to get to the other towns along the coast.

The apartment is a short walk from the city center. It is easy to get around to the local small waterfront. Bed linen and cleaning are different because the quality of the sheets and towels is noticeable and everything was very well organized, clean and smelling when we arrived. The instructions given by the host were also clear and whenever we needed to count on the speed of responses. Excellent Wi-Fi, very nice shower too.

Fantastic location and perfect for a beach holiday. Thomas was amazing, going well above and beyond to help us. I timed my walk from the Villa to getting into the sea at 3minutes 57 seconds and I am no "olympic walker". The bonus of the location is the new Taverna just over a 5 minute walk as getting into town is best by moped or car.

Very pleasant stay and as a guest you feel the aura of this calm and peaceful place . We were a group of 7 people and didn't feel uncomfortable for a moment . Spotless space , cozy and very beautiful rooms !!!

We stayed in Angelos apartment a week in June. Perfect for a family or friend group. Large areas and bedrooms with the facilities you need. Angelo was very kind and flexible and always replied right away. The location was great, super close to Ligia beach and also the bus stop to Lefkada town/Nidri. I really recommend Angelo’s apartment!

No matter what I say,a beautiful spot (the view of the lake incredible)the house spotless and tidy,cosy space that you don't want to leave and Elias incredible host , helped us a lot ,Ilias thank you we hope to be able to come back for more days in the future!!
