Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Adjara

Central location, beautiful, clean, the property owner is always available, always responds positively, helpful, caring, the property is well maintained, clean, tidy, rich in kitchen utensils, highly recommended for families due to privacy, clean and tidy pool.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

Nice cozy house on three floors, the first two are rented. We were a group of 6 people, all accommodated, sofas and armchairs are also laid out if there are more people. 100 meters from the sea, surrounded by green trees. Quiet, peaceful, not far from small shops and a 24-hour SPAR. 10-15 minutes by car to Batumi itself. The terrace of the house offers breathtaking views of the sea and old Batumi. The host was polite and always available, any questions were resolved as soon as possible. Nice place, I'll come again.

Quiet, calm place, clean air, responsive ,friendly owners. You can order groceries through the app or take a taxi to the store. Great BBQ area.

I have spent an entire vacation-like month in this house and can share my experience in detail. Shortly: it was heavenly wonderful! First, the accommodation itself. The part of the house you will rent is spacious and very comfortable. It is more comfortable than many Airbnb places in Batumi City, actually. The house is excellent for chilling, reading, having long teas, and spending time with friends. Now about what's around. You can hike a lot!! From Kosopeli, you can quickly access Shavsheti Range, which goes both West and East. There are a lot of paths to explore, the main ones are present at OpenStreetMaps, but there are also unmapped ones for you to explore. Colchic forests cover the mountains: pure joy for those who love flora and wildlife. The hosts are amiable and helpful; dealing and communicating with them was an absolute pleasure! To sum: a terrific place for calm, restoring days — and endless options for hiking in enchanted Adjara forests among giant ancient trees.

I really liked everything. Friendly, hospitable hosts. Instant answers if there were any difficulties or questions. Communication is only in Georgian. Asked if it was possible to borrow the grill to roast the meat. As a result, we were given a ride to their lot, provided with a grill, table, benches, homemade wine and snacks. It's hard to imagine a more complete program. Incredibly hospitable^^ The kitchen is modern, everything is there (except for the corkscrew🙃). Dishes are more than sufficient. Electricity, internet, water - everything is almost uninterrupted. There is a large balcony with a beautiful view. In case of cold weather, there seems to be a fireplace. Without air conditioning, it was unusual. Overall, I really liked everything. Would love to do it again!

Very cozy apartment on the 13th floor, the lighting in the bathroom makes it even more comfortable. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. We were available with the host, all issues were resolved positively. The beach is a pleasant road through the park with a lake. I recommend the place.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

Everything was great: the flat was in a very good location, it had everything you needed, and the hosts were very welcoming!

The host is very kind and helpful. After booking, he contacted us right away. He guided us so we could find the house easy. The house is the same as in the photos. Every thing was arranged so spotless. It's in a location where you can walk to the beach. It was also very good for the price.

Excellent Host

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

The views were spectacular. The Home was clean and the Host was incredibly helpful. I will definitely revisit next time I am in Batumi. I highly recommend this home. 😁

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi.
