Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Adjara

Cute ecofriendly lodge for country life while offering great comfort for stay! Also good base to explore the tea route, gorgeous mountains, with the perks of dipping into private river just a short walk nearby.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

Очень понравилось. Море рядом в 5 минутах. Так же рядом и остановки и рестораны и магазины. Классный зал с роялем, где можно собираться. Так же в каждой комнате по ванной.

Милый уютный дом в три этажа, сдается первые два. Нас была компания из 6 человек, все поместились, также раскладываются диваны и кресла, если людей будет больше. 100 метров от моря, в окружении зелёных деревьев. Тихо, спокойно, недалеко небольшие магазины и круглосуточный SPAR. 10-15 минут на машине до самого Батуми. С террасы дома открывается захватывающий вид на море и старый Батуми. Хозяин был вежливый и всегда на связи, любые вопросы решались в кротчайшие сроки. Хорошее место, приеду ещё.

Quiet, calm place, clean air, responsive ,friendly owners. You can order groceries through the app or take a taxi to the store. Great BBQ area.

I have spent an entire vacation-like month in this house and can share my experience in detail. Shortly: it was heavenly wonderful! First, the accommodation itself. The part of the house you will rent is spacious and very comfortable. It is more comfortable than many Airbnb places in Batumi City, actually. The house is excellent for chilling, reading, having long teas, and spending time with friends. Now about what's around. You can hike a lot!! From Kosopeli, you can quickly access Shavsheti Range, which goes both West and East. There are a lot of paths to explore, the main ones are present at OpenStreetMaps, but there are also unmapped ones for you to explore. Colchic forests cover the mountains: pure joy for those who love flora and wildlife. The hosts are amiable and helpful; dealing and communicating with them was an absolute pleasure! To sum: a terrific place for calm, restoring days — and endless options for hiking in enchanted Adjara forests among giant ancient trees.

Всё очень понравилось. Приветливые, гостеприимные хозяева. Мгновенные ответы, если были какие-то сложности или вопросы. Коммуникация только на грузинском. Спросили, нельзя ли одолжить гриль, чтобы пожарить мясо. В результате нас подвезли на их участок, предоставили гриль, стол, скамейки, домашнее вино и закуски. Более полную программу сложно себе представить. Невероятно гостеприимно^^ Кухня современная, всё есть (кроме штопора🙃). Посуды более чем достаточно. Электричество, интернет, вода - всё почти бесперебойно. Есть большой балкон с прекрасным видом. На случай холодов, кажется, есть камин. Без кондиционера было непривычно. В целом всё очень понравилось. Были бы рады повторить!

Wouvw, amazing viev and cool stuff at the appartment. So clean rooms and very central place near the park. You can go drink something and eating so easly. Elena was so kind and friendly.❤️ We will deffinetly stay here for next Batumi visit. 🤟🏻

Очень уютная квартира на 13 этаже, освещение в ванной делает ее еще более комфортнее. Вечером приятно посидеть на балконе. С хозяйкой были на связи, все вопросы решались положительно. До пляжа приятная дорога через парк с озером. Жилье советую.

Отличный отель, красивая ухоженная закрытая территория, в нашем номере была кухня, обеденный стол, вся необходимая посуда, небольшой холодильник, кондиционер, шкаф, ванная комната, сушилка для белья, два балкона, на одном из которых можно выпить чашку кофе с утра, рядом парковка, за углом автобусные остановки в обе стороны, пляж в двух минутах ходьбы через дорогу, вдоль дороги магазины и обменник, на набережной есть кафе с приветливыми хозяевами, где очень вкусно готовят. Хотелось бы отметить радушие и открытость хозяек отеля Инги, мамы Инги и Анны, нас встретили как родных с распростертыми объятиями, помогли донести багаж наверх, в любой момент готовы были помочь. В Грузии люди отличаются своим гостеприимством и добродушием, поэтому хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова.

Amazing place to stay. Very spacious beautiful rooms and balcony with view on mountains where you can chill all day, great location too. Fast response (we booked the same day we checked in) and clear instructions from host. It made our stay in Batumi very enjoyable even though it was raining every day :) We would like to come again next year, thank you!

Excellent Host

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

The views were spectacular. The Home was clean and the Host was incredibly helpful. I will definitely revisit next time I am in Batumi. I highly recommend this home. 😁

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! Одним словом рекомендую 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!
