Studio with sea view over looking the dancing fountains, 1 minute walk to Batumi public service hall, 2 minute walk to the nicest McDonald’s building in the world, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes drive to the airport. The apartment is air conditioned and has a modern kitchen with all the convenient appliances. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub for relaxing baths after long days by the beach. Also, for extra payment you can use gym and swimming pool.

There is a private terrace and Jacuzzi for complete relaxation. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. In the courtyard: 2 24/7 shops, a bakery, a Georgian canteen, a European restaurant, coffee shops, a gym. There is a swimming pool, a bar and a cinema on the roof of the neighboring house.

The cottage has a sauna which costs an additional fee. One hour costs 100 GEL. Mirveti waterfall is a few kilometers from Thomas hut. Mosque is one kilometer away. Machakhela river is also nearby. Makhuntseti waterfall is 20 kilometers away. We also have house wine, red and white. Aged for 3-4 years. Which you can buy on site.
