Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Cosy cottage in Addingham, local pubs and amenities close at hand. Bolton Abbey within the Yorkshire Dales National Park is less than 3 miles away; as well as the neighbouring spa town of Ilkley. Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

Lovely walks directly to the top of the moor, or to the tarn (great for bird watching).
