Located on the first floor (no elevator), it is composed as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, a kitchen with sofa, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). All rooms have a balcony they overlook and are equipped with TVs.
