It is a small 1LDK rental building that is like a fully self-contained duplex house. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK, and it is just the right size for up to 2 people. In addition to the 2 beds, you can lay a futon in the living room for up to 3 people if it is a little narrower. Up to 1 pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only for children who are toilet trained) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. Accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night is included in the accommodation fee.

Please come by car. Rooms are bunk bed rooms. Perfect for couples and solo travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilet. Shower is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for long term stays.

Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in time for the 2017/18 winter season each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.
