It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Featuring large floor to ceiling views of a private forest out the back, and Annupuri & Nito range views from the front bedrooms.

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guests are more than 6. The top floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.

The nearest spots are Niseko Ski Resort, Onsen (hot springs), rafting, autumn foliage spots, etc. Use this as a base to enjoy Niseko. Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car. Please come by car. Rooms are bunk bed rooms. Perfect for couples and solo travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilet. Shower is shared. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in time for the 2017/18 winter season each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.

Kabayama Townhouse #4 *4WD Van no longer included

Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 9 people (8 on beds and 1 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in time for the 2017/18 winter season each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.
