This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

In a prime location, charming, quiet, 2-room apartment. 2nd floor

Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but two more people can be accommodated well. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, punching bag training, and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

A spacious bedroom features a wooden bed with two separate bedding sets. Natural light enters through a window adorned with curtains. Soft wood flooring complements the curved ceilings and warm tones of the room. A small side table and decorative elements add to the inviting atmosphere.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The living area features a light-colored sofa and an armchair, complemented by a wooden coffee table atop a decorative rug. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the room, highlighting the exposed wooden beams that create a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
