Very surprising. A really nice place to stay. Everything is tiptop. Very tastefully decorated and thoughtful. Superbly equipped. In a very nice medieval town. We were only there one night for a stopover, but you can stay here longer

Small apartment furnished with care, clean and equipped with all the comforts. Ideal location, relaxation and privacy. We stayed as a couple and we had a great time for everything.

Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

Great place. The flat was clean and comfortable and the location is really lovely, right by the beautiful San Filippo thermal springs, in a lovely village with good restaurants. The views from the flat are beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia’s place! The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops, but quiet and private. The space was very clean and well-equipped. The highlight was the beautiful views from the windows! Would highly recommend if you’re staying in the Val d’Orcia!

Giacomo welcomed us in person and accompanied us to the house, even his mother was responsive and very helpful. Excellent welcome sweets, apartment with attention to detail, recommended the restaurant "Il borgo" Great value for money. Highly recommended apartment and host.

Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

This place is so beautiful.The most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We have a late check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
