Our beautiful house is the perfect base for the family on a trip. Here you are close to the beach and Aarhus. Trains and buses run twice an hour, and you'll be in the city center in less than 30 minutes. The house is located in quiet surroundings with several lakes and green areas for walks. You will be staying at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by a beautiful garden with several terraces, cozy shelter, trampoline and a huge pool for the water dogs. Barbecue, garden furniture and fire pit for cozy summer evenings. A summer vacation in lovely surroundings.

Family-friendly accommodation with a central location, perfect for the summer holidays with a pool, trampoline and large cozy terrace. The home has 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each. In addition, there is a 90x200 mattress if you want an extra bed. The accommodation is located 20 meters from the bus with direct connection to Aarhus city center. In addition, it is only 50 meters to the tram, which takes you to the center of Aarhus in 12 minutes. 5 km to beach and forest. The house is smoke-free inside but dogs are allowed.

Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

Unique wooden house in a cozy neighborhood in Aarhus

Make great memories in this unique and family-friendly home. The home is perfect for a family with two children (there are extra mattresses, so you can easily bring an extra child). There's everything a family could want, including toys for children aged 5-13. Please note! There are two cats living there, and we expect guests to give them a little food and treats. As well as two hens that provide fresh eggs. There are four bicycles available (2 adults + 2 children: approximately 6+10 years).

Kun 20 min kørsel fra Aarhus C, køreafstand til LEGOLAND, Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Scandinavian dyrepark mm.

Plenty of space (336 m2) The light rail is about 250 m from the house (where there are also shopping and bakery) and takes you directly to the main train station in Aarhus in 15 min. The house is very level and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children. However, it is possible to block off stairs to the upper floor. We only rent the house out when we are away.

The sea is our backyard and a 10-minute walk from here. There are many shopping opportunities in the area, including gourmet food stores.
