This 200 m2 house offers everything you could dream of for a good vacation. Sit in the living room and enjoy the view of the sea, use the outdoor spa with the same view, or go down to the basement and play billiards or watch a good movie.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a comfortable double bed and living room with a quality sofa bed.

Our cozy and lovely house from 1896 is placed in the village Malling, only 3 km from the beach and 20 minuts south of Denmarks second largest city, Aarhus. The house has a lovely livingroom full of light and atmosphere. Furthermore you can step right into a wonderful garden. Here you will find terraces, beautiful flowers, herbs to use for your cooking, garden funitures, hamocks, grill and lots of sun.
